Terms and Condition Policies

Payment Term
a. A Payment slip should be sent to approve the payment.
b. Payment term is 100% deposit of new account, we will not make any orders if there is no deposit.
c. Payment should be at USD currency to TGT’ bank account.

Orders Cancellation
a. Orders can’t be changed or cancelled after placing an hour for regular customers.
b. For new account, orders could be changed before the payment.
c. Once an order has been put into production, any changes will be seems as a new order at regular price.

Guarantee:
a.   Free replacement for any manufacturing defects, such as manufacturing the lenses with incorrect diopters, incorrect axis, and errors during the process of purchase order, etc.
b.   100% replacement for any damages the optical lens suffered during the course of delivery.
c.   For AR Coating, TGT provides:
One year warranty counting from the shipment date and under normal usage condition.
Guarantee will not be applicable if your account becomes inactive with TGT.

Procedure

Unique Style
You could have your own envelop, guarantee card, cloths to be a full set package of your unique products, just need a small extra cost.
